I have finally finished the 1000 pyramid quilt - quilted and bound. I have quilted fish on it - in a lovely verigated thread but I have quilted three red fish - so have called it Red Herring. But the quilt is absolutely huge - 102 x 100 inches.But I love big quilts and it will be going to the beach with us - yay.
A close up of the back - but you can't see the colour of the fabric - which is a lovely rich red.

I love your quilt. I made a copy of your picture so I can just keep staring at it. I am making one now. I keep referring to your quilt to see how many triangles you have in there. I am curious. How big were/are your triangles?
