Hi everyone - I haven't posted for awhile as I currently do not have an internet service and Bigpond have not been very helpful in restoring my email or internet service after they accidentally disconnected it. Don't ever try to upgrade your service for the school holidays - cause that's what happened - upgrade for my son so he had more hours to use and they "accidentally" cancelled the servce.
